HomeWorld Marsden Park Café

Overview

After the first successful Leppington Café for HomeWorld, Ascension Living was given the challenging task of designing and constructing another new café for HomeWorld at their Marsden Park location, onto a non-servicing road. The building has showcased the superior strength in the modular technology in being able to completely grip only onto a bitumen asphalt surface without the use of permanent fixing.

Design Features

Inside this café boasts a large custom-built bench seating area, functional kitchen and food preparation area, two disable-friendly toilets, and plenty of internal storage. Included are two 45 m² undercover seating areas on each end of the café entrances that flows out and onto the custom landscaping with views to each avenue of the Display Home Village.
