Overview
Ascension Living modular technology showcased its ability yet again, for difficult sites. The structure was built at the rear of the block approximately a 47 metre long reach by crane, and straight onto screw piles installed on a 60 degree slope.

Design Features
This brand-new secondary dwelling consisted of 2 bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes. It also consisted of 2 bathrooms - one as an esuite off the main bedroom, and the second as a combined main bathroom and laundry with plenty of storage space. Also showcased is a combined spacious, open-plan, kitchen, living and dining area.
